How we choose sources, grade evidence, use AI, handle money and fix mistakes. If a page on this site breaks one of these rules, tell us and we will fix it.

What we publish
27 evidence summaries, 158 annotated papers, 7 lessons and the health hubs. Together they cite 221 distinct sources, 180 of them with a DOI. The count is computed from the pages themselves, so it changes when the pages do.
How we grade
A grade describes the human evidence for one specific outcome, not the ingredient in general. Creatine can earn an A for strength and still have weaker evidence for other uses. 13 of our 27 summaries cover something we sell or plan to sell, and each page says so.
Research team and method
Everstack's research team is our small founding team. We do not list outside reviewers, because we do not have any. If that changes, the reviewer's name, credentials and any payment from us will appear on every page they review.
- Question. Every summary starts from one concrete question about people, not cells or mice.
- Search. We look for randomized trials, meta-analyses and official guidance (NIH ODS, AAP, CDC, WHO). Animal and mechanism studies are labeled as such.
- Extract. We record design, number of participants, duration, the outcome measured, and who funded the study when it is disclosed.
- Grade. We assign A, B, C or D with the scale below. Whether we sell a product does not change its grade.
- Limits. Every summary says what the evidence does not mean. Null results get published too.
- Verify. Every DOI is checked against Crossref (title, first author, year) and every official page must resolve. Last full check: 2026-10-15.
- Date. Every article shows when it was published and when its sources were last checked.
No expert endorses us
No doctor, scientist, athlete, influencer or podcast host endorses Everstack, is affiliated with us or is paid by us. When we name researchers (Who we read) or link to interviews (Interviews we learned from), it is because we learned from their work, and we often disagree with them in writing. We will never write “recommended by”, “as seen on” or put a real person's face next to a product.
We have no customer reviews or testimonials because we have no customers yet. When we do, we will publish reviews from verified buyers only, including negative ones, and never pay for or edit them.
Money and conflicts
We are a store, so we have a conflict of interest whenever we write about something we sell. We manage it in the open: research pages contain no prices, offers or buy buttons, every product claim is a structure or function claim with the FDA disclaimer, and an ingredient we sell gets the same grade it would get if we did not.
How we use AI
- AI tools help us search the literature, draft summaries and translate. Citations are checked against their source records before publishing, and grades follow the scale above.

Every article shows its published date and the date its sources were last checked. If you find an error, write to hello@everstackhealth.com. We fix factual errors, update the date, and note material corrections at the bottom of the page.
