This is a pre-launch draft and will be finalized with counsel before checkout opens.

What we collect: your email, optional mobile number, regimen interest, quiz answers and language preference.

Why: to send the updates you asked for, recommend a regimen and improve our content. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS: only with your express consent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Your choices: unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your data by writing to hello@everstackhealth.com.

Service providers: we use hosting, email and analytics providers that process data only on our instructions. Payment details, once checkout opens, go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.

Retention: waitlist data is kept until launch plus 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it. We respond to access and deletion requests within 30 days, including requests under California and other US state privacy laws.
